“What if I can’t do that exercise?”

Over the last week, I’ve had some amazing messages that I thought I’d share with you rather than me just talking theory and “what the research shows” (although I’ll never stop reading the research on Saturday evening. A habit with me from my postgraduate days)

El started out wanting to lose a stone… but has since completely changed her mindset. Now, it’s not about chasing a number on the scales, but about:

  • How strong she feels in sessions
  • Using the equipment properly and effectively
  • Building that mind-muscle connection
  • And realising it’s totally OK not to be perfect at every exercise (it’s about focussing on what you can do)

Another shared how her sessions were adapted so she could keep training despite an injury. Instead of stopping altogether, she found a way to keep moving.

And another told me she managed 3 sessions this week, her knees only hurt a tiny bit, and she’s buzzing with that win.

The common theme? Taking action.

Because action is the fastest way to change how you feel.

Even if it’s not perfect.

Even if it’s not what you planned.

Even if it’s just “good enough” today.

And that’s exactly what our 28 Day Kickstart is about:

– Workouts adapted to you

– Support to build confidence, even if you’ve never enjoyed exercise before

– Nutrition & habits that fit into your lifestyle

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about taking action — and letting those actions build momentum.

1% better everyday remembering that your pace is the right pace.
