Don’t slash all 4 tyres

Last week I was chatting with someone on our 28 Day Kickstart who said:

“I didn’t make my 3 sessions this week… feels like I’m wasting it.”

And I get it.

That all-or-nothing mindset is easy to fall into.

But here’s the thing..

I also speak to people all of the time and there is a difference…

– Couldn’t make the studio session? Do a 10-minute home workout instead.

– Can’t do a full half hour? Do 5 minutes — squats, steps, or even a quick walk.

– Missed a day? Double up another time, or just move on..

Because it’s not about being perfect.

It’s about being persistent.

And I get it. We all get frustrated sometimes. It’s only because we care, right?

But in no other space do we get just quite…

If you had one flat tyre, you wouldn’t slash the other three…

But with fitness, so many of us do just that:

“I can’t do the full thing… so I won’t bother at all.”

That’s why the Kickstart works — we don’t ask you to be perfect.

We just help you keep going, doing something even on your busiest or toughest days.

Sure, you might think you can do more.

And that is great.

It’s trial and error.

1% better every day..

And that’s where the results come from.

Consistency beats perfection every time.

If you want to get started and see how much difference 28 days of “something is better than nothing” can make, message me with ‘Kickstart’ and I’ll get you the details.

For me today, it’s pull-ups inbetween emails, calls, PT, and  school pick up..

What’s yours going to be?

Matt
