Two words from Karen

So, I was tagged on Facebook in this post on Friday from one of the ladies on our Fit For Life Body Transformation Programme, Karen:

“Over the years, for children, life, stress, happiness mostly..I’ve struggled with my weight etc. Being 5f 2′ it shows.

Then I discovered the word we all dread.


Today I feel ok, less bum, smaller legs, healthy.

Two words. Matt Fruci. Thanks”

And I just wanted to say THANK YOU.

For following my work. Reading this now.

It really does mean a lot to me. That you feel you that I may be able to help you.

This in itself is enough to excite me to work harder, share more content and to help spread the message that this health, weight loss and fitness stuff is more simple than the media and diet books tell you…

You see, we focus on just 3 things:

Food: have you hit your targets? This could be portion sizes, calories, points, whatever it is. Did you hit them today? 

Focus: Did you do something for you? Reading? Time out? Walk? Headspace (check out the app by the way)

Fitness: Did you move today? Do the fitness that we agreed on and you said you would do?

And on the topic of fitness and exercise…

Here’s a few reasons why you SHOULD do it:

✅ Has a large effect on mental health and makes you feel good >>> which can help you treat yourself better by nourishing your body with good food

✅ Can help you shape your body by targeting parts of your body you do not like

✅ It’s self care and can inspire loved ones to look after themselves, too (can you expect your kids / other half to do anything that you are not willing to do?)

✅ Reduces risk of heart disease and diabetes

✅ A great way to meet new people​​

✅ Helps you lose fat and change your body shape so you enjoy clothes shopping again​​

I could go on and on…

Unless you count fitting your clothes better, as a side effect.
