There’s always a lesson when I take the kids strawberry picking.

And no, it’s not:

Pick one. Eat one.

Or…

Try before you buy.

^^ although that does work quite nicely for our 7 Day Trial

The thing I noticed was this…

The best strawberries were always a little bit further away.

First section:

“These look good.”

Walk a little further:

“Oh, these look even better.”

Then a little further again…

Even better.

Because most people naturally stop at the first bit.

It’s close.

It’s easy.

It looks good enough.

But sometimes the best stuff comes from going that little bit further.

One more session.

One more decision.

One more day of keeping going when it would be easier to stop.

And I think that’s a good reminder with fitness.

You don’t need to suddenly train every day.

Or completely change your life by Monday.

But can you go a little further than you normally would?

Do the extra 5 minutes.

Book the session.

Turn up when motivation isn’t there.

Try the slightly heavier weight.

Even keep going / start again on a Friday instead of deciding you’ll start again Monday..

That could mean over 150 extra consistent days across the year.

Imagine the difference that could make?

One decision at a time.

One session at a time.

Showing up.

Building confidence.

Getting a little stronger.
