The expensive option isn’t always the expensive option

“You’re quite expensive.”

I’ve had this a few times recently from people who’ve done our 7 Day Trial.

Which is fair.

Fruci Fit isn’t the cheapest option on paper.

You can get a gym membership for less.

You can go to a leisure centre for less.

You can probably buy some weights and a set of resistance bands from Amazon and promise yourself you’ll definitely use them this time.

But here’s what a few people have said after the trial:

“When I think about actually coming to the sessions, feeling comfortable, making progress and getting results… it works out cheaper than what I’ve done before.”

And I think that’s a really interesting way to look at it.

Because a £40 or £50 a month gym membership sounds cheaper.

But if you only go now and then?

That becomes a very expensive workout.

Same with apps.

Subscriptions.

Random programmes.

The video editing app I still pay for because “I might use it again.”

I haven’t.

Sometimes cheap isn’t cheap if you don’t use it.

And that’s the big difference.

At Fruci Fit, the aim isn’t just access.

It’s not just “here’s some equipment to rent”

^^ which is what a gym is

It’s coaching.

Support.

Structure.

Accountability.

Adaptations.

A plan.

A coach who actually knows your name.

And a place where you feel comfortable enough to keep coming back.

Because that’s what gets results.

Not the cheapest thing.

The thing you actually use.

The thing that fits into your week.

The thing that helps you feel stronger, fitter, more confident and more capable.

For women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond who pretty much know what to do but need the plan and accountability to actually do it.

Our next 7 Day Trial weeks start:

Monday 1st June
Monday 15th June

£10 for the week.

Up to 3 sessions.

At your pace.

If you know someone who may benefit?
