Just to let you know, we have a one off Swiss Ball Pilates Workshop next Friday 19th December 1245- 1345 at Fruci Fit. It is open to people who are not members of Fruci Fit, men and women.
It is £15 for the one off session.

This fun Swiss Ball Pilates Workshop will not only increase balance & stability, but will also tone the whole body, while developing control and strength in the abdominal and back muscles. This session will work the entire body, but will have more of a direct focus on the core area.
A strong core is important as it helps to protect the back & gives stability within the body (including the spine, pelvis, hips and shoulders), as well as improving posture.
Using a Swiss ball makes exercises more dynamic and challenging as it requires balance, and therefore more muscles to engage in order to stabilise.
This session is a low impact yet challenging conditioning class, which will incorporate sequences of light cardio with slow controlled exercises, focusing on strength and stamina for a fun and dynamic complete body workout.
Suitable for those who have a base level of fitness/core strength & a good sense of body awareness.
Previous Pilates experience is certainly beneficial but not compulsory, as modifications and adaptations will be offered.
Not recommended for complete beginners to exercise (our Gentle Mat Pilates would suit better) or if pregnant
