Got this message last week

- Taken 10 minutes off her Parkrun time in 7 runs
- Now doing proper burpees
- Invested in a punchbag because she actually enjoys training
- Completed FruciRox and seeing great progress in the Longevity Games, moving up to intermediate level
- Feels fitter, stronger, more supple, with a new circle of friends
- And… down 3 stone and 3 dress sizes
Testament to being so consistent
As motivation doesn’t just come..
It comes from seeing yourself make progress. That’s why I’m so big on people just getting started.
Like me now, as I lay here having injured my knee playing football, I’m doing what I can do now to make tomorrow easier..
