Struggling to stay consistent?

Because what slowing down was actually speeding up?

Hear me out

Let’s say you try to 

Cut carbs

Cut alcohol

Exercise every day

Stop eating sugar

I could go on..

But then eat that damn biscuit..

And go into F it mode…

Sod it.

‘Start again next week’ mode..

That 50 calories from the biscuit

Has probably turned into 5000 calories over the week. 

So my advice?

Slow down.

Pick one thing to change.

Commit to changing that one thing.

You will be surprised at how being consistent 

With the seemingly small things

Adds up.
