Struggling to get in the right headspace?

It’s one of the most common things we hear at Fruci Fit..

And it’s something I have said many times before:

“I’m just not in the right headspace”

But what does it mean?

But if you’re super busy?

I want you to consider this:

  1. What is the ‘right headspace’ and how do you know if you are in the right headspace?
  1. What if you could get in the right headspace by CREATING it and DOING?
  1. What if you could do it even if you were not in the right headspace? 

And here is top tip:

Try doing the thing you are not in the right headspace for, even if for 3 minutes

Or even 1 minute

And remember why you even want to do this..

What are the benefits?

How do you want to look and feel?

Not just dropping a dress size…

But think about knee pain?

Bone density?

Risk of disease?

I could go on.

Are your actions today taking you further away or closer to the things you say you want?
