It’s one of the most common things we hear at Fruci Fit..
And it’s something I have said many times before:
“I’m just not in the right headspace”
But what does it mean?

But if you’re super busy?
I want you to consider this:
- What is the ‘right headspace’ and how do you know if you are in the right headspace?
- What if you could get in the right headspace by CREATING it and DOING?
- What if you could do it even if you were not in the right headspace?
And here is top tip:
Try doing the thing you are not in the right headspace for, even if for 3 minutes
Or even 1 minute

And remember why you even want to do this..
What are the benefits?
How do you want to look and feel?
Not just dropping a dress size…
But think about knee pain?
Bone density?
Risk of disease?
I could go on.
