Starvation Diets and RAPID Fat Loss Results

So, the finishing touches are now being put on my new book:  

"SHIFT: Guide To Helping Busy Ladies Think Differently and Get Their Bodies Back"

It's been a long old slog. Lost work the I didn't save. Writers block where I sat down with my coffee, yet still couldn't get my ideas down on paper. I even tried Costa, Caffe Nero, Food Gallery and Waitrose all in the same day. The result? A very hyper caffeine-fuelled, but pi553d off Matthew ;-(

The funniest part?

I thought I finished about a month ago...but you see, as I keep learning (as I have to keep my Registered Nutritionist status) I keep growing. The problem? I keep wanting to make my book PERFECT..

The result?

It's just cost me an extra £200 to update and delayed the date it will be available on Amazon AGAIN...

My point?

Well, as the saying goes: "perfection is the thief of joy"

By trying to make it perfect, it means more time has passed before I can share my message with the world

I had to delete other parts of the book as I have kept the book VERY short and snappy with simple, actionable tasks you can add into your busy routine right away, as it I know you're busy and don't have time to read this email let alone a book...
