Sometimes you just need to let off some steam

There’s a phrase I’ve heard a lot over Christmas:

“They just need to let off some steam.”

Usually about the kids — soft play, the park, a run around.

But…

How many of us could do with that too?

Not to burn calories.

Not to punish ourselves.

Not to beat ourselves up because the scales didn’t go down …

Just to move, clear our head, and feel better.
