Sciatica and progress…

Had these few messages come through the other day.

And I love it because it shows exactly how progress actually happens.

Not some massive overhaul.

Not perfection.

Just small decisions… repeated.

None of these are dramatic.

But they matter.

Because this is what progress actually looks like in real life.

Showing up even when you don’t feel like it.

^^ yes, this is hard.

Getting back on track with protein.

Trying something you normally avoid.

Little choices.

They add up.

With sciatica?

Now I wouldn’t say miracle worker

But it does show something important:

Motion is lotion.

Moving well, building strength, and getting the right guidance can make a huge difference.

And this is what we see again and again.

People start by just showing up.

Over time..

Tweak to what works for them…

And then it’s a case of:

Feeling stronger

Moving better

More confident

Trying exercises they’d normally avoid

Making better choices with food..

Not because everything changed overnight.

But because those small decisions started stacking up.

And that’s exactly what the 28 Day Kickstart is about.

Not extremes.

Not perfection.

Just helping you build the habits that make those little wins happen more often.

So you can finally get consistent with the things you probably already know you need to do.
