The course is suitable for mixed abilities.
So you don’t need to already be flexible.
You don’t need to know all the exercises.
You’ll be coached through the movements.
We adapt things where needed.
And help you build strength, control, mobility and confidence over the 6 weeks.
We have two options:
Monday 2:00pm to 2:45pm
Monday 6:45pm to 7:30pm
Starting Monday 22nd June at our Lockeridge, Marlborough studio.
The full 6 week course is £81.
Or you can book a £15 drop-in session if you’d prefer to try it first.
