Not in the right headspace?

Not got the motivation?

Need to get ducks lined up first?

Need to sort out XYZ first?

I get it.

You want to commit to things 100%.

But does this perfection actually cause the problem?

It has to be perfect to start.

Which suggests it has to be perfect to continue?

Which suggests that to maintain your results, things will have to be perfect?

Is that sustainable?

I mean, it might be?

Who knows, there may be no obstacles after the current obstacles that are stopping you taking action.

But I would bet there are more challenges and obstacles on the way.

And the quicker, more effective way to get results is to START.

Even when it is not perfect.

As you may just figure out that you can GET results even when things get in the way..

It might not be perfect, but progress is progress as we say in our 28 Day Kickstart for women 40+, 50+, 60+ and 70+ who pretty much know what to do but need the plan and accountability to do it… (message me with ‘Kickstart’ for more info)
