Got this message earlier this week from Hilary

Amazing work and testament to your consistency and hard work! And it all started with the 28 Day Kickstart (which is open now. Message me with ‘kickstart’ for more info)
After all, there will be many things that others ahead of you on your journey can do but you can’t..
And you have 2 options here:
1- Adapt, work at your pace, aim to be 1% better everyday, and take inspiration from this (Like Hilary has)
OR
2- Do nothing and stay the same. Believe the story that ‘it is the way it is’. “It is my age”. “There is nothing I can do”
And just to clarify, both 1) and 2) are difficult.
But would you not rather choose the hard that gets you the results you want?
That gets you fitter and stronger?
So you can say ‘yes’ to the thing you want to do?
Be less out of breath?
Make everyday tasks easier?
Do the things you could not do before you started?
