My polite kick up the…

The other night, we were sitting around the dinner table pre Christmas talking about Christmas plans and fun stuff.

And my 7-year-old said something that completely stopped me in my tracks…

“It would be better if Daddy could run around and play chase again.”

Ohhh that one got me. 

Now, with my knee prehab right now getting ready for surgery after an injury playing football. 

I must admit, the exercises are repetitive.

A bit boring.

Effective, but boring. 

And if I’m honest, some days I don’t really feel like doing them.

Sure I still do them. 

But that one comment?

That’s my WHY.

It’s about being able to move better and play — again.

And I see the exact same thing with so many we help at Fruci Fit.
