How to kill procrastination and stop self sabotaging

So, about this time of the year, Santa starts to worry about whether:

*he’s got the “perfect” presents

*kids will want him back next year

*rudolph has eaten enough carrots to guide his sleigh in the dark

And I could go on.

But the thing is, Santa is only going to know if he's “good enough” by doing it.

Waiting for that “perfect” moment will simply lead to him stacking up the “tomorrows”

and left with a pile of empty yesterday’s.

And it’s the same when you try to lose weight and slim down.

You’re only going to know what works or if its the right time for you by doing it.

And no matter what you do?

You will always want to be better. How do I know? Well, wouldn’t you like to lose 7lbs in 7 days?

It’d be great, right? But i can guarantee you’d be a little bit annoyed on the 8th day if you stayed the same. Because you always want to be better.

My point?

Enjoy the process and just get started today.

I mean, my new book, SHIFT: Simple Guide To Helping Busy Ladies Think Differently and Get Their Bodies Back, is now out and on Amazon

But I’m already not 100% happy with it and looking forward to the next one (as I’ve got so much more I want to give you).

The thing is, if I’d waited for it to be so-called “perfect”, it’d still be on my laptop.

And I wouldn’t have received such lovely messages from ladies who’ve taken simple, small, yet super effective improvements to help them lose unwanted body fat, develop a better relationship with food and put themselves first again.

The best part?

All the ideas, inspiration and feedback I've got from ladies looking to tone up and ditch the diets for good have gone into my new Shift Project.

Making it the most simple, proven, step-by-step tone up system that will help you make 2018 the year you ditch the diet (and baggy clothes) for good..

All by small, simple, often 'imperfect', steps that you can do even on your busiest, most stressful days.
