Jude nearly didn’t join…

I wanted to share Jude’s words because I think she answers a lot of the questions people have before trying Fruci Fit.

Especially if you’re thinking:

“Is it for me?”

“Will I fit in?”

“Will I actually stick to it?”

Jude said:

“I think it is hard to understand what Fruci Fit is before trying it out as it is so much more than a gym or exercise classes.”

And that’s fair.

It’s hard to explain until you experience it.

It’s not just turn up, sweat, go home.

It’s coaching, support, nutrition, accountability, community, and learning how to train at your level.

One thing Jude worried about was:

“The friendship element as I worried I wouldn’t fit in or that everyone was already bonded.”

That’s something a lot of people feel.

You see people chatting, laughing, encouraging each other…

And your brain goes:

“Where do I fit in?”

But Jude said:

“There is absolutely no pressure just encouragement, support and a collective appreciation of all our wins and achievements – just turning up can be enough.”

And I love that.

Because sometimes just turning up is the win.

Since joining, Jude said:

“I no longer feel alone in my efforts to be fitter and healthier.”

“I have finally found exercise I enjoy.”

“It’s been unexpectedly easy to keep coming and achieve consistency.”

Jude also said:

“I have never stuck at any exercise before and am not sporty.”

And yet now?

She’s stronger, more agile, made new friends, and has even taken part in Longevity Games, FruciRox and parkrun.

What would she say to someone thinking about it?

“You owe it to yourself to give it a try.”

And this line…

“Joining Fruci Fit has been the best thing I have ever done for myself.”

That’s some line.

And it started by giving it a go.
