Is this exercise a waste of time?

“I would be interested in your take on the science that says if you do a workout which is less than 30 minutes you are wasting your time, as you only start burning fat after at least 20 minutes of exercise”

^^ got this question last week

So I decided to do a video and podcast on this.

As if one person is thinking this?

Someone else might be too.

And to think that someone might think it’s pointless  

Worries me a lot…
