Is it all about how much you lose?

Got this message last week (see image)

And what a great reminder of the benefits that happen independent of any weight loss

But from just showing up:

→ To get stronger

→ Be more independent as we age

→ make everyday tasks easier

→ worry less about getting ill (yep, resistance exercise can even decrease your risk of many diseases)

→ Great for bone health 

→ Make it easier to get up and down from the floor
