So here are some questions to help you decide:

  1. How many did you do last week?
  2. If you didn’t do those sessions, how many would you do?
  3. Do you think it’s easier to go from 2 to 3 sessions (when life gets calmer) than go from 0 to 3 (when life gets calmer)?
