Somebody said this to me recently…
“I’ve tried classes and gyms before.”
“I’m not really a gym person.”
“I’m not sure Fruci Fit is for me.”
And I totally get that.
Because if your previous experience left you feeling uncomfortable or like you had to keep up?
Why would you be excited to try another one?
And it got me thinking when I was away in Cornwall on the beach the other day.
Go there early in the morning and it can be quiet.
Fresh air.
Dog walkers.
Plenty of space.
You can hear the sea.
Go to the same beach at 2pm on a hot day and it can feel completely different.
Balls and frisbees flying everywhere.
People packed in.
Noise.
Queues.
Same beach.
Very different experience.
Exercise spaces are like that too.
Two places can both be called a “gym” or a “class” or a “session”…
But feel nothing alike.
At Fruci Fit, you start with a one-to-one conversation.
We talk about your food, fitness, focus, habits and self-care.
What you’ve done before.
What has got in the way.
Any aches, pains or injuries.
And what you’d actually like to be able to do.
Then you train in a small, coach-led group where the plan can be adapted for you.
You don’t need to arrive fit.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
And you don’t need to prove that you’re a “gym person.”
You just need the right place to start again.
Could you try it and decide it still isn’t for you?
Of course.
But that’s different from assuming every exercise experience will feel the same as the last one.
Same label.
Different experience.
If you’d like to try our next 7 Day Trial when it opens, message or comment “TRIAL” and I’ll send you the details.
Matt
