“I feel fat today”

“I feel fat today”

I was chatting to one of the ladies last week in our Kickstart programme who said:

“I feel fat today”

They just had one of those days.

The scales fluctuated back up the day before 

Which they found ‘depressing’.

And because they chose to believe this thought…

→ They thought ‘sod it’ and ate for comfort

→ Beat themselves up

Which is exhausting, right?

So I wanted to share this with you today (see image)

But also get you to question these thoughts..

As what you choose to believe, you will become.

  1. What is the thought you are thinking?
  1. Is it true? As in, 100% true?
  1. What do you do, and how do you feel when you believe this thought?
  1. Who would you be, what would you do, and how would you feel if you did not believe this thought?
