I hear you say?
Well, not quite.
If you get 0% Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt, it’s simply the yoghurt with the fat skimmed away (leaving you with more protein and actually slightly more calcium).
And by having the 0% fat Greek yoghurt, I now have more calories and fat to eat later…
Meaning, instead of having the fat in the yoghurt
I’m going to get fat by eating something I absolutely love …
