“I didn’t think healthy counted”

I’ll admit, having had an eating disorder growing up, I always had a thing about eating carbs or whatever food of the month was being demonised.

Until I realised that this healthy eating and fat loss stuff is actually a lot more simple when you focus on what REALLY matters to lose fat, tone up and fit back into your favourite clothes..

It literally answers ALL of your questions about whether you should eat breakfast, carbs after 6pm, saturated fats, or whether fruit is OK..

It’s pretty liberating.

And this is something that the ladies find a lot when they start using our nutrition system, recipes, sample done-for-you meal plans and shopping lists:

“The  odd ‘ healthy ‘ snack on top of meals adds up…I have ignored this !

Also….too much dressing on salads and too much olive oil in cooking 😢😢 An eye opener, but GREAT too have realised this  !!!  

Truthfully, I have ignored so many calories because I didn’t think healthy counted !”


It simply makes you aware of your current habits and allows us to see exactly where you can make small changes which don’t take over your life…

This way?

You can get results without it seeming like it has to completely takeover your life with lists of foods that are good or bad.

By following principles that work…

But I get that this is often not enough.

Especially as its pretty easy for old habits to set back in. Which just make us beat ourselves up, right?

So, this is where I didn’t want what I do to just be ‘information’…simply because:

INFORMATION DOES NOT EQUAL TRANSFORMATION

After all the, average completion rate of diet products bought is just 20%…

Yep, this health and fitness industry is failing miserable.

And it makes me pretty uneasy, especially as I pride myself on getting you results. Of course, you have to do the work, but I too, have to take some responsibility.

Maybe you need more one to one accountability?

Set tasks?

More done for you plans to get started?

Someone to hold you accountable to do things on a certain date (which our app does with your workouts)?

And it’s why we’ve developed such a powerful support network of like-minded ladies to support each other..

To reach out to when you’re in F it mode, not getting the support from family and friends with this (maybe they’re jealous?), and to make yourself ACCOUNTABLE

So you do the things you know you need to do to get the results you want…

I might seem annoying sometimes, but it’s only because I care and KNOW, that once these become a habit?

You’ll actually find this healthy eating, fitness and fat loss stuff A LOT easier.

No more wasting time worrying about what and when to eat.

Feeling out of breath when climbing stairs

And irrational thinking which puts you into F it mode and guilt…

As I’ll be there to help you get clear on what you want and how you’re going to do this.

Of course, you have to want to do this.
