I can’t help myself…

Like a leopard noticing herds of deer coming in from all directions, I cast my eye of the food Mrs Fruci has left on her plate...

I get the green light (that Mrs Fruci has finished)...

And - in less than a second - I pounce at lightening speed and catch my prey...

I literally NEVER learn. Well, never FULLY learn. Because I can say 'I'll chuck it away or save it for tomorrow' all I want...

But sometimes?

I feel my hand 'automatically' picking at the leftovers...

And it's something I've had to be even MORE conscious of with baby-led weaning in full-flow in the Fruci Household (Food sustainability activists please feel free to stop reading now...)

Because it's not unusual that Ottilie will take 1 lick of some succulent, slow roasted mouth-watering roast chicken before completely missing her mouth and dropping it

And although it does often find the dogs mouth,I find myself wanting to apply the '3 second rule' and pick it up and eat it...

But here's the thing:

Despite what all the diets tell you about losing weight and toning up...

We are genetically wired to gorge on food. And if it wasn't for our ability to gorge like we do? We wouldn't be hear overcoming these issues in the first place...

And it's why when you're told to 'give up white bread' or 'ditch sugar'...it can often make you want event more!

But what's worse?

If you look at diets from 20, 30, even 100 years ago, things like white flour were a staple in their meals.

Go further back to hunter gatherers and you'd see some gorging down pints of HONEY (which is pretty much sugar) because that's ALL they could find...

Yet, they weren't piling on the pounds.

Now, of course, we now DO less as part of our every day life. Cars, tumble dryers, washers, dishwashers..I could go on. 

So, essentially, you are NO different by struggling to lose weight, keep it off and tone up. In FACT, you are more NORMAL if you do struggle with losing weight. 

Because just by going about your day without being aware of how your environment dictates what you do?

Will make the unwanted fat creep on...

And it's exactly why I challenge you to just make ONE simple, easy, small change TODAY <<something I get you doing in my Tone Up System

It could be:

1) Eat your evening meal with dimmed lighting  - or better - using candles (you're likely to eat less)

2) Have fruit bowl out on the side and clear away clutter (newspapers, mail etc.) << This could make you 10lbs lighter....

3) Have precut veg / fruit at eye level in your fridge (you are 3 times more likely to eat the first thing you see than the 5th...


Why do this?

Because it simply makes it more convenient for you to make better-informed, more intelligent decisions about your food choices and daily exercise habits so you can stop relying on willpower (which is flipping hard), slim down and ditch the baggy clothes once and for all 

^^ Don't underestimate the power of small, daily habits...which lead to the WHOOSH effect (where unwanted fat whooshes off <<< that's the scientific term, of course 😉

and I know what you're thinking...

Sounds good, but it won't work for me.

Well, let me just challenge you to try adding it in to your routine.

after all, do we really need to wait for the supermarkets to stop the 'buy on get one free' on the Roses tins before starting?

Especially when there's SOOO many small things we could change in our own homes to make it EASY to do the things you need to do to level up your energy,  tone up and feel more confidence in your favourite clothes.
