Meet Gill from Wiltshire, based in our Personal Training Studio In Devizes.
Gill joined Fruci Fit during lockdown whilst on her journey of ‘prosecco, bread, and chocolate’.
Gill had never owned a gym mat before, let alone got up and down from one.
Fast forward to now? Gill has lost 2.5 stone and has more energy than ever. Most importantly, Gill has found exercise that she finds fun and – to her surprise – looks forward to it.
