We do one to one and couples, whether your other half or a friend or family member.
Here are the details:
We have an initial kickstart meeting where we put together Food, Fitness and Focus Plan. Then:
– 2x or 1x Weekly one to two personal training session in the private studio (Marlborough, Chippenham or Devizes)
– Training plan you can do from home together
– Weekly check ins to give you that accountability and support
