Which reminds me of the – often neglected – benefits of exercise..

From being able to get up and down from the floor more easily

Less out of breath as you get up and down the stairs..

Easier to pick things up from the floor…

I could go on…

And speaking of which ..

This comes from doing exercises that 

1- improve your cardiovascular health 

And

2- Strengthens your body 

Like Deadlifts…
