There’s little difference between fresh, tinned and frozen produce, nutrient wise.

Make it convenient. Getting sufficient fruit and veg intake is more important than the packaging.

With the “back to school” / New start September” / “New me” / “need to be more organised” time of year approaching…

Make eating healthy an easier, more convenient choice.

I recently picked up a load of frozen veggies (see picture) so even on my busiest day I always have options, whether that’s a quick frozen stir fry mix with leftover chicken, an omelette with some frozen grilled veggies…
