So I tried to renew my mobile phone contract the other day.
Simple job, right?
So I thought…
1 hour on hold.
Another hour talking to a bot.
Half an hour with someone who almost helped…
But for some reason, I now wasn’t the account holder so could not pay for the phone that I have been paying for haha
So I did something I haven’t done in YEARS (about 15 years)…
– I walked into an actual mobile phone shop.
One with a door you walk through. And human beings on the other side.
And honestly? It was refreshing.
Spoke to a real human.
Answered a few questions.
Sorted in minutes.
So much more sim-ple (did you get that?)

Calories, macros, protein, steps, fasting, gut health, cardio, resistance training, time-restricted eating…
It’s all technically at your fingertips.
You can ask AI, Google or even someone at work (be careful with that one)
But it’s overwhelming.
And knowing what to do doesn’t mean it’s actually working for you.
Just like with my phone, sometimes you need someone to say:
