Well, it depends on you
What do you want?
What stage in your life are you in right now?
How much time and effort are you willing to invest in your body to ditch the love handles?
Do you have a lot of weight to lose?
Do you have a family event / holiday / wedding / party that really means a lot to you so you want to look and feel your best?
As long as there’s education so you understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ and take back control of this yoyo dieting cycle…
Then you’re probably good to go!
