“Don’t lose too much more”

So I did an online seminar on how to overcome self sabotage the other week (comment with “sabotage” and I’ll send it over)

and a question I got from that was:

“What should I say when someone says “don’t lose too much more”? It makes me feel like I shouldn’t lose more even though I still feel I have more to lose, albeit I am happy with what I’ve achieved”

^^ great question

Here are a few things to ask yourself:

  1. What does too much more mean? According to who?
  2. Is this person coming from genuine care or from a reflection of what you’re reminding them of (aka what they haven’t done)?
  3. Are you self aware in all of this? How do you feel ?

Ultimately you have to be happy.

And this is where as much it’s great that we celebrate health at every size..

It’s still up to you to define what is healthy to you..

Either way make the choice that makes you happy.

And interestingly it just so happens to be easier when you surround yourself with like-minded people, like we do at Fruci Fit, who support each other.

And this is probably one for another day, but I’ve had conversations from people saying how they actually feel they love the social side of Fruci Fit perhaps just as much as the workouts and nutrition.

As it stops them feeling the need to “fit in” by eating XYZ and always drinking even when they don’t always want to (not that they don’t drink at all, but they feel more in control)

And it really made me reflect on how powerful that is.

And got me even more excited for our Fruci Fit Shenai Summer event

Where we bring everyone together for a little mini retreat for some fun and workouts in the sun on a farm 🌞

And this is all included in our next 28 Day Kickstart by the way…

Specifically for women 40+ and 50+ be it Pre, peri, during or post menopause

Who pretty much know what to do but want the plan and accountability to do it

Message me with “28 Day” and I’ll get you the details
