Don’t feel like working out? Try this

A bit of a different one from me today…
Because if you’ve followed my knee saga (the ACL, the lateral meniscus, the medial meniscus — basically the full works)…
you’ll know the last two – three weeks have been a bit of a rollercoaster.

But here’s what’s been surprisingly powerful:

I was initially full of adrenaline..

Not sleeping but had so much energy.

Working out, and doing what I can..

Then on Wednesday this week, reality seemed to hit. I was sleeping again. And I felt exhausted. Even demotivated to do my workout.

But I knew I should do it.

So I give myself three minutes.

That’s it. Prehab work.

Three minutes to do it.
If I want to stop after that, I can.

(And guess what? I never do…)

Because action — ANY action — always leads to a better outcome than doing nothing.
And shortening the gap between:

“Ugh, I’ve messed up” → “Right, what CAN I do?”
…is the difference between results and another year of beating yourself up.

And this is EXACTLY why I’m telling you this now — in December.

Because for so many women we speak to, December becomes a stressful mix of:

Getting everything ready

Presents / events

Work

Eating out

“I’ll start in January”
Nibbles everywhere
“I’ve ruined it now”
A side order of guilt

But imagine this instead:

  • You enjoy Christmas
  • You enjoy the food
  • You take the pressure off
  • Because you already have a plan
  • And January is handled

That’s what our 28-Day January Kickstart is for.

A simple, step-by-step plan designed specifically for women 40+ in and around Wiltshire who want to…
• Feel fitter
• Get stronger
• Build confidence
• Stop the all-or-nothing cycle
• And finally do what they can do (because your pace is the right pace )

No perfection.
No starving yourself.
No “last supper” before the diet.
Just a clear plan — already in your calendar — so you go into Christmas relaxed, thinking differently and ready for January 2026..

If you want to lock your spot in and enjoy Christmas knowing you’ve got a plan?

Message me with ‘January’ and I’ll be in touch

As always — any questions, just reply.
