“So now I know what I have to do. I have to keep breathing. And tomorrow the sun will rise, and who knows what the tide will bring in.”
^^^ A quote from Cast Away (I always try watch a film on a Sunday!)
And the same could be said for this weight loss and toning up game.
You see, when making any change, we’re tested mentally, physically and emotionally
^^^ A bit like the man in Cast Away who’s deserted on an island after his plane crashes…
It’s scary.
What if you fail? What if you’re too unfit? What will others think?
And I get it.
You’ve tried diets in the past which were fine to follow on your ‘best day’
^^^ where you have no social events, holidays, meals out, or unexpected emails at 5pm at work 😉
But impossible to stick to when real life sets in. You’re tired, just want to grab something on the go, and enjoy a glass of vino
Unfortunately, this then makes us feel guilty, right? Like you failed.
My advice to you?
Make sure that you when starting your diet and exercise programme that you can do it..
Even on your ‘WORST day’!
Know your lifestyle and consider what you can fit in to your busy day (without sacrificing your family life)
So you can close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be every, single day (no matter how small)
And that’s the silver bullet in this weight loss and toning up game
^^^ Presuming you want to actually keep the weight off once and for all
Because “tomorrow the sun will rise, and who knows what the tide will bring in.”
And if it’s accountability and support from like-minded ladies and a Registered Nutritionist to guarantee that you build a nutrition and exercise strategy to last so you can get your body back once and for all…
Then my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation programme might be for you.
