Confidence doesn’t come first… THIS does

Sunday was something special once again…

We had 30 amazing women from Fruci Fit take part in the Longevity Games in Swindon — for many, their first ever event… and the feedback has been amazing.

People pushed their comfort zones.
Jumped to the next level.
Did things they weren’t sure they could even do.
And afterwards?

They felt amazing.

But the thing that stood out most wasn’t the exercises, the challenges, or the “I can’t believe I just did that” moments…

It was the support.
The camaraderie.
The feeling of being surrounded by people who get you and cheer for you.

I even had people message me saying how amazing the Fruci Fit lot were.

Because that changes everything:

  • It keeps you consistent
  • It keeps you accountable
  • It helps you surprise yourself
  • And it gives you the confidence to go again… and again… and again

And that’s EXACTLY what the 28-Day Kickstart is all about.

You don’t start confident.
You don’t start fearless.
You don’t start “ready.”

You start by saying yes to something that nudges you out of your comfort zone — even just a little.

Like:

  • Booking your first session
  • Joining a group where everyone’s at their own pace
  • Trying a home workout
  • Coming to the studio for the first time
  • Or simply saying “today, I’ll do something”

Because once you surprise yourself once…
You’ll do it again.
And again.
And that’s how confidence builds.

Even with my knee right now — I’m doing the same.
Trying what I can do.
Seeing what’s possible today.
Trying the stairs (very slowly).
Pushing just a tiny bit more each day.

And that’s all the Kickstart is:
A structured way to get moving, get supported, get confident, and surprise yourself.

If you’re ready to start — before January… before motivation magically “arrives”… before life gets quieter (it never does!) — then message or comment with KICKSTART and I’ll send you all the details.

Specifically for women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond who pretty much know what they need to do but want the plan and accountability to do it

Matt
