“Can I actually get back to where I was?”

That’s a question I hear a lot.

Usually from someone who…

Used to be fitter

Used to have a routine

Used to feel stronger, more confident

And now?

It feels a bit further away than it should.

And that’s the frustrating part.

Because you know what to do.

So it’s not confusion…

It’s more:

“Why can’t I just get back into it?”
