Blood sugar levels… back in the normal range

Just got this message from one of the women on our Kickstart Programme and had to share:

“I joined Fruci Fit last year as my HbA1c result was 42.

I’ve lost weight, I’ve dropped a dress size and my HbA1c is now 39.

I also have a lot of fun at classes.

I have more energy, I feel better about myself and I feel fitter!”

Now a HbA1c of 42 is technically the start of the prediabetes range…

And 39 is right back in the ‘normal’ zone

Not because she overhauled her life overnight…

Not because she started doing 90-minute bootcamps or juiced kale…

But through tiny daily habits.

That’s the thing — we often think big results require big, dramatic action.

And big changes can work too if you can stick to it..

But in reality? It’s small tweaks that lead to massive change (especially with blood sugar).

Here’s the quick breakdown of how it works (and why what you do today matters):

The good news?

Even tiny changes in food and movement help your cells respond better to insulin.

That’s why you might see a drop in HbA1c, like we’ve seen here.

And feel more energised, fitter, and more confident in the process.

I used to see this a lot when I worked in diabetes with the NHS and Public Health.

Simple things like:

  • Increasing your protein at meals
  • Moving after eating
  • Getting stronger
  • Drinking more water
  • Sleeping better
  • Being consistent-ish (not perfect)

That’s what we focus on in the 28-Day Kickstart.

No fad diets.

Just daily wins that build up.

Because when you feel in control of your health, everything gets easier.

But you have to meet us half way for it to work…

If you’d like to chat more about how this works, just message me with “Kickstart” and I’ll get you the info
