Before you change everything..

It’s Friday (the 13th) and you may be thinking that another week has passed and you’re not where you want to be.

But..

Before you change everything

Pause for a moment.

Because one of the biggest mistakes people make with their health and fitness is this:

Every Monday becomes a complete reset.

New diet.

New workout plan.

New rules.

We go on YouTube / scroll Instagram

“This workout.”

“That diet.”

“Try this instead.”

And suddenly everything changes.

But here’s the problem with that approach.

You often throw away the things that were actually working.

I was chatting to someone who’s just joined Fruci Fit again after 3 years away.

She said how she wishes she didn’t stop. She was being consistent with sessions. Actually sticking to it. Something she’d never done. But then stopped as she thought it was cheaper to go to the gym.

Only to then be inconsistent and not enjoy it as much either (or push herself as much)..

anyway

So, here’s a better question to ask yourself:

What worked well this week?

Maybe you:

Got to two sessions when you didn’t feel like it

^^ making your worst weeks is sooo key to getting results

Ate more protein

^^ to aid recover, muscles, skin, hair and nails

Walked more

^^ to help recovery, fitness and mental health

Drank more water

^^ to help bloating and skin

Stopped snacking late at night

^^ to help your sleep, rest and fat loss

Those things matter.

So the goal isn’t to throw them away.

It’s to keep them.

Then ask the second question:

What could I improve slightly this week?

Maybe:

One more walk

One extra session

A better breakfast

Going to bed earlier

Small tweaks.

Because when people completely overhaul everything…

It usually lasts a few days.

Then life gets busy.

And suddenly we’re back at:

“I’ll start again Monday.”

But progress rarely comes from a complete overhaul.

It comes from keeping the things that work… and gradually improving them.

That’s exactly what we focus on inside the 28 Day Kickstart.

Not extreme changes.

Just helping you build habits that actually stick in real life.

So instead of starting again every Monday…

You keep building momentum.
