Gentle Mat Pilates

Starts: Tuesday 2nd September at 1pm – 145pm

Duration: 7 Weeks

Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, or want to move your body in a gentle but effective way.

You’ll focus on:

  • Flexibility
  • Core strength
  • Posture & balance
  • Easing stiffness and improving movement

You’ll get progressions & modifications as needed — and leave each session feeling stronger, looser, and more confident in your movement.

Intermediate / Advanced Pilates

Starts: Friday 5th September at 1pm- 145pm

Duration: 7 Weeks

If you’ve done Pilates before and want to challenge yourself more, this one’s for you.

These sessions will:

  • Build full-body strength
  • Improve your flexibility & control
  • Use Pilates equipment to deepen your practice (all provided)

You’ll be guided through exercises that will progress you week by week — great if you’re looking for more of a challenge.
