A question I got asked the other day:

“Is doing a 15-minute workout every day just as effective (or even more effective) than doing 2 x 30–45 minute sessions per week?”

Here’s the truth:

15 minutes per day = 105 minutes of exercise per week

2 x 30 minutes = 60 minutes per week

2 x 45 minutes = 90 minutes per week

So in terms of total time, those short daily sessions can actually add up to more.

But it’s not just about minutes.

Here are a few reasons why short, consistent workouts can be so powerful:

  • Life-proof: If you miss one, you’ve only missed 1/7 of your week — not half of it.
  • Push harder: In 15 minutes, you’re more likely to go all in — grab a heavier weight, move with more intent.
  • Fits your life: From home in your living room, or in the studio with a coach — you can make it work for you.
  • Consistency wins: And consistency is what drives long-term results.

That’s why inside our 28 Day Kickstart, we don’t just give you one way of training.

We help you find a way that actually fits your lifestyle:

Short, focused sessions you can do from home.

Or longer, coach-led workouts in the studio.

Or a mix of both (which, in my experience, is the sweet spot to help you be consistent and persistent)

I get it. Having 3 kids and working with 1000s of people at Fruci Fit, in the NHS in Diabetes Education and Public Health, change is hard. And as the research shows, support and accountability seems to be the common thing in all successful plans…

Because whether it’s 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes… the best workout is the one you can actually DO and stick to.

So if you’d like to see how we can help you build a plan that works around your life (not the other way around)…

Message me with “Kickstart” and I’ll send over the details for our September 28 Day Kickstart.

Specifically for women 40+, 50+, 60+ and beyond who pretty much know what to do but want the plan and accountability to do it..

Matt
