This is what “getting back into it” actually looks like

Got these messages the other day

Now here’s the important bit. These aren’t people doing anything extreme. 

They’ve just… started again.

And that’s the bit I think a lot of people get stuck on. Especially if you’re someone who used to be fitter.

Because it can feel like “I should be further ahead than this…”, “I used to be able to do more…”, “Can I actually get back there?”

But what these messages show is this. You don’t need to be where you were before… you just need to get going again.

At your pace. With the right support.
