I had a convo with someone recently who has just started on our 28 Day Kickstart.
She mentioned that:
“You cost a lot more than my local gym where I was a member”
To which I agreed.
I asked her how long she had been a member.
To which she replied:
“Nearly 3 years”
(and by the way, she had just said how she was struggling to actually get to the gym and struggling with weight loss)
I also asked:
“How is it working?
The answer:
“I do feel good after, but I’ve not made much progress. I know I should go but I just don’t know if what I am doing is the right thing for me. I know I need to do something as I can feel myself putting on a bit of weight, I’m tired all of the time and I can feel things that shouldn’t feel hard for me become a struggle. I know what to do but I need a kick up the bum”
And this where I have a duty to say it how it is:
“if you add up the total cost of that gym membership over the 3 years….
Sure, the local gym she mentioned probably works great for some..
At Fruci Fit, sure we are not the cheapest in the area…
And we’re not trying to be.
The cheaper gyms work because most people don’t go…
That doesn’t sit right.
It’s why we do our all to get you to come in (be it to our private studio or from home) and keep going even when life gets in the way.
