I can’t believe I’ve actually stuck to it…”
That was what someone said to me on a check in call the other day.
And it stopped me for a second.
Because it wasn’t about weight loss.
It wasn’t about a personal best.
It was this…
“I started really nervous… I nearly didn’t come to the first session… and now I’m stronger, fitter… and I’ve actually stuck to something.”
And that last bit is the one that matters most.
Because if you’ve ever felt like…
“I start things… but don’t keep them going”
“I know what to do… but I just don’t do it”
“I’m good for a week… then life gets in the way”
You’re not alone.
In fact, it’s the thing I hear the most.
Not “what exercise should I do?”
Not “what diet is best?”
It’s…
“I just can’t seem to stick to it.”
And when you think about it…
That’s everything.
Because when you are consistent…
You get stronger
You feel fitter
Your energy improves
Your confidence builds
Your body changes
But none of that happens without showing up.
And this is what got me thinking…
When I first started coaching, I was in gyms with all the best equipment.
Sessions were great.
But in between?
Nothing.
Because people didn’t feel confident.
They didn’t know what to do on their own.
It didn’t fit their life.
So even though the sessions were “pretty good”…
the results weren’t.
It wasn’t a knowledge problem.
It was a doing problem.
So we changed it.
Simpler sessions
More flexibility
Support around it
Options to train in the studio or at home
That’s how Fruci Fit has grown.
Because the goal isn’t to do everything perfectly.
It’s to do something… consistently.
That’s why I wasn’t quite satisfied with what I was doing when I was just a personal trainer on my own.

And that’s where everything changes.
Not because it’s extreme.
