Win the week before it starts! 

Before this week gets busy — before emails, work, school runs, and everything else — do this one thing.

Take one minute to do fbis. 

Because it’s not that you don’t have good intentions.

It’s usually that priorities get buried once the week takes off.

So here’s the question:

What’s one habit that, if you did it this week, would make it a good week?

Just one.

Not everything.

Not perfection.

One habit.

It might be:

• getting your sessions in and just showing up  

• drinking more water  

• getting protein in each meal  

• going for a short walk each day  

Any one of those, done consistently this week, will have a bigger impact than trying to do everything and doing none of it.

That’s the bit most people miss.

Progress doesn’t come from perfect weeks.

It comes from choosing one thing and actually doing it.

So pick yours now, before the day gets busy and the week runs away.

And then just focus on that.

If you’re already doing Fruci Fit,  this is exactly the mindset that makes it work.

If you’re not, this still applies.

One habit.

One week.

That’s how momentum starts.
