Best time to workout?

I get asked this all the time:

“What’s the best time to workout?”

And the answer is always the same.

The best time is the time you’ll actually do it.

For me, that’s first thing in the morning.

Fewer distractions.

Get my coffee in.

No food to think about (I’m not hungry after my coffee and fuelled from the night before. Any food then can delay things / impact energy and digestion for me..)

And once it’s done, it’s done.

If I leave it until later?

And I did this the other day.

Dinner plans get in the way.

Kids need sorting.

Work..

One thing leads to another.

And suddenly it’s later…

Energy low.

And I’ll get it done (most of the time) but it’s very half hearted.

But that’s just me.

Some people feel better in the evening.

They’ve moved more during the day.

Joints feel looser.

They enjoy the sessions more.

Others find evening sessions stop the snacking.

They train.

They feel good.

They go home with that “I’ve done something” feeling.

There’s no right or wrong.

Just what works for you.

That’s exactly how the 28 Day Kickstart works.

It’s not about forcing you into a routine that doesn’t fit.

It’s about helping you find a time you can stick to — and building consistency around that.

Most women who join already know what to do.

They just need a plan, some structure, and a bit of accountability so it actually happens.

If you’ve been thinking,

“I just need to get going again”

or

“I need something that fits around life”

Reply KICKSTART and I’ll send you the details.

We have sessions every day, from early in the AM, during the day and evenings, as well as weekends.

You can make flexible and personal to you.
