Sometimes the biggest changes don’t come from overhauling everything…
They come from doing the simple things — and actually sticking with them.
I mean, how many times do we need to ask kids to “make their beds”, “clean their teeth”, “put the shoes away”, “shut the cupboard doors” (ok the cupboard door is what Mrs fruci has to remind me about…far too often).
And it’s a reminder of how knowing and not doing is as good as not knowing . I mean, I know I should shut the cupboard doors I’ve banged my head on them enough times you’d think I would learn my lesson..
The magic is when you actually DO.
