You can feel better today (Let alone January)

I got a message this week that reminded me — even me — just how quickly things can change when you just start.

How different you can feel…

How much better you can feel…

…in just half an hour, a day, or a week of being consistent.

Because sometimes we’re quick to say:

“It’s not the right time.”

“I’ll start when things calm down.”

Aa you know..

It’s never the perfect time.

And waiting for perfect often means nothing changes.

Someone recently started on our 28 Day Kickstart (reply with ‘kickstart’ for more info) despite working away a lot and not being able to be consistent week on week…

“I’ll give it a go, but I work away a lot, so I might have to stop and start.”

Fast forward a few weeks — she’s now training one week in person, the next online.

Sometimes from a hotel room. Sometimes from the studio.

And she’s being CONSISTENT!!! 

Because it’s not about being perfect — it’s about keeping a bit of momentum.

That’s what makes the difference.

So, if you’ve been thinking it’s “not the right time”…

My challenge to you is this

Give it a week.

See how much better you can feel — physically and mentally — just by doing something small, consistently.
