So let’s clear it up..
At Fruci Fit, we mainly help women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s (and 80s!) get fit, feel amazing, and do more of the things they love…
But it’s not like we’re checking birth certificates at the door or asking for your Digital ID (Sensitive topic, I will stop there haha)
It’s not about age — it’s about the ethos…
