How to sneak in 52 extra workouts this year (without even noticing)

”I’ve not got any time”

I hear this a lot. And I get it. Life is busy. But that doesn’t mean you have to wait until… after Christmas. There’s still a quarter of the year to go.

So here’s how to get 52 more workouts in this year — without spending extra time in the gym

Well, think about it:

If you did just 5 minutes of movement a day, that’s roughly half an hour a week — which adds up to 52 extra sessions a year

And if I cloned you — one version doing those 52 sessions, and one who didn’t…

Here’s the thing:

It’s not about doing more.

Even something as simple as:

Holding a squat while your favourite song plays (come up every time you hear the chorus!)

eg put on Leo Sayer- thunder. Every time you hear “thunder”, come up and do a squat then go back down to holding the squat.
